Case Study: Third Sector

We have been working for some years with this third sector organisation. Our earlier work has focused on developing a cohort of senior leaders willing and able to collaborate across the silos created by their geographical spread.

  • It has now been recognised that, if the organisation is to be truly resilient in the face of the challenges it faces, it needs to reach out beyond the most senior leadership and invite others to join them in meeting those challenges.
  • We’ve been asked to facilitate a programme that’s designed to welcome those new leaders into the network of people actively working to ensure the long term future of the organisation.
  • This 12 month programme will focus on developing the resilience of the organisation.
