Liz began her career as a front-line manager in a large energy business. She subsequently managed their learning and development function before moving into L&D consultancy. That work has seen Liz design, deliver and manage a variety of organisational and leadership development interventions, in a wide range of sectors.
Liz has a passion for ensuring that the work we do translates into real outcomes for clients. She is a particularly effective facilitator of sustained behavioural change.
Liz has worked with clients including St. Leger Homes, IAG, Welsh Government, Hull City Council, LloydsTSB, London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, Papworth Trust, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, Sheffield City Council and Transport for London.
Dr. Phil Allcock
Phil is a hugely experienced Learning and Development consultant who has both led L&D consultancies and facilitated a wide variety of organisational and leadership development interventions in the Energy, Financial Services, Local Government, Professional Services, Construction sectors.
Phil has a passion for exploring what it takes to enable sustained behavioural change in the “real world” which culminated in his PhD and the co-founding of Odyssey. His current work combines continual development of the Odyssey offer and its application to work with corporate and individual clients.
Phil has worked with clients including NE LIncolnshire Council, BGinternaltional, BBC, BP, Bradford City Council, Hanson Cement, Cushman and Wakefield, Eversheds LLP, Gategroup, PwC, St. James’s Place, Waterman IE and Zurich FS.
John Langford is now working with Odyssey as a partner. He works with senior leaders to help them modify their own behaviour and influence culture change within their organisations. John’s long term clients include high profile leaders in both the private and public sectors. He has a reputation for meeting challenges and being challenging; applying his unique style as a positive “disruptive talent” to help deliver significant, sustained organisational change.
